Tom and I purchase a body champ inversion table and it really works! The two of us have save an enormous amount of money that we would have spent for spent for adjustments at a chiropractor and would continued physical therapy. I am not saying to not seek medical attention if you have concerns and having an examine and evaluation doe by a qualified chiropractor and or physical therapist is very helpful in determining what is wrong.
